Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Naterra website and any order you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

All prices are listed in US Dollars and shown at checkout before you confirm an order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale — we may decline or cancel an order if a product turns out to be out of stock, mispriced, or otherwise unavailable, and we'll let you know if that happens. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method: you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No payment is taken online, and we don't store any card details.

Liability

We aim for every order to arrive as described, but Naterra's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

These terms describe how we actually operate but have not been reviewed by a lawyer — if you need this to be a fully binding, legally reviewed agreement, have it reviewed before relying on it.
