We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges, not refunds

Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery rather than in advance, we're not able to offer cash or card refunds. Eligible returns are exchanged for another product of equal value instead.

How to start a return

Contact us via the contact page or by phone/WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup of the item and delivery of its replacement.
