Naterra uses a small number of cookies to make the site work — nothing more. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

What we use cookies for

A first-party cookie (naterra_cart) identifies your cart so it persists across visits, whether or not you're signed in — it lasts up to 30 days. Clerk, our authentication provider, sets its own cookies to keep you signed in and keep your session secure. Both are strictly necessary for the site to function and can't be disabled without breaking cart and sign-in functionality.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings — doing so will empty your cart and sign you out, but won't affect any orders already placed.
